Everything you need to get your Lightsky team set up and running. Written for business owners, not engineers.
Getting started
- Create a free account with a magic link or Sign in with Google.
- Answer two quick questions: what your business does, and where you want a hand. That is the whole setup.
- Lightsky picks the assistants that fit and brings them online. You can add or remove any of them later.
- You land on your dashboard, where each assistant's work shows up for you to review.
Your assistants
Each one handles a different corner of the business, and you can build your own for anything else.
- Polaris · Overseer
- The one you check first. Keeps the whole team pointed the right way.
- Mira · Inbox
- Reads and triages your email and drafts the replies for you to okay.
- Orion · Leads
- Captures new leads, flags the ones worth chasing, and drafts the follow-up.
- Lyra · Reputation
- Watches your online reviews and drafts responses. The bad ones go straight to you.
- Nova · Marketing
- Writes marketing posts and copy in your voice. You approve, it posts.
- Spica · SEO
- Works on your search ranking, auditing pages and fixing what drags you down.
- Rigel · Website
- Keeps an eye on your website and flags the moment something breaks.
- Altair · Business Intelligence
- Sends a short weekly read on the business, and nudges you when spend spikes.
- Capella · Design
- Puts together brand visuals and page layouts whenever you need them.
Connecting your accounts
Some assistants need access to your tools to do their job. You connect these from Integrations, and you can disconnect any of them at any time (we revoke the token and forget it).
- Gmail — so Mira can read and reply to your email.
- Google Business Profile — so Lyra can see and respond to your reviews.
- Google Calendar and Drive — read and write events and files when an assistant needs them.
- Slack — reach your team from any channel with an @-mention.
Staying in control
Nothing leaves without your yes. Every assistant works inside a trust zone you set: it can read, draft, and prepare, but anything headed to a customer, an email, a review reply, a post, waits in a review queue for your okay.
- Review the queue. Approve, edit, or hold each item.
- Turn on auto-send when you are ready. Once you trust a lane, let the routine, safe work run on its own. Urgent or sensitive items always come back to you.
Credits & billing
Lightsky is free to start. Your whole team, plus anything you build yourself, runs on shared credits, and you only pay for the work they actually do, no per-seat fees. Credits are spent as assistants do real work, so a quiet week costs less than a busy one.
