- The workspace name (operators) or the business name (end users), if applicable.
- The assistant or chat you are asking about, if applicable.
- A description of what happened and what you expected.
Common asks (operators)
I cannot sign in / I am not getting the magic link email.
Check your spam folder. If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, write to us with the email address you tried.
I want to delete an agent or my workspace.
Open the dashboard at lightsei.com, go to the agent page and use the danger zone, or to Workspace settings and Delete workspace.
I want to disconnect an integration (Slack, Google).
Open the dashboard, go to Integrations, pick the connector and click Disconnect. We revoke your token and forget it.
My agent crashed or is misbehaving.
Open the agent's run history, copy the latest failing run ID, and email us. Run traces include enough context for us to help.
Common asks (end users)
I want to remove a business from my account.
Open the business chat, tap Settings, then Unsubscribe. The chat soft-deletes and the business can no longer reach you.
I want to delete my Lightsky account entirely.
Email us with the address you signed in with and we will delete your account and all associated data.
I am not receiving notifications.
Check iOS Settings, then Lightsky, then Notifications. Also check the notification preference on each chat (Settings on the chat).
